Our Attorneys: Jeffrey Lustick

Attorney Jeffrey A. Lustick was raised in Mount Vernon and is a 1993 graduate of Western Washington University in Bellingham. He graduated with honors in the top 10 percent of his class from Gonzaga Law School in Spokane in 1997. He has served as a military prosecutor and circuit defense counsel in the U.S. Air Force; was appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in Nebraska; and was the Bellingham City Prosecutor. He has over ten years of comprehensive trial and litigation experience and has practiced law in 17 different states. His prosecutor experience aides him immensely as a defense counsel.

Jeffrey is a legal consultant and frequent on-air guest for K.G.M.I Radio AM-790 in Bellingham. Jeffrey served as President of the Whatcom County Bar Association from January 2006 to January 2007, and prior to that, held positions in the bar as Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Newsletter Editor. He was also the President of the Baker Creek Estate’s Neighborhood Association for three years. He also holds the rank of Major in the Washington Air National Guard where he serves on drill weekends as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate and state-level military defense counsel. Jeffrey is a FAA-certified private pilot and has over 300 hours flight experience in Cessna aircraft.
