Adrian's legal practice covers a full range of misdemeanor and felony criminal defense. A significant part of his practice involves post-conviction representation, including probation violation defense and assisting clients in clearing their record of criminal convictions. Adrian also handles a number of civil legal matters including traffic infractions and representation on cases seeking or defending no-contact orders and restraining orders.

Background

Adrian began excelling as a defense attorney early in his career. While still in law school, he worked with the University of Washington Tribal Court Criminal Defense Clinic providing defense services in the Tulalip tribal court. Following graduation, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Steven C. González in King County Superior Court. He then went on to several years as a King County public defender handling adult misdemeanors, juvenile cases, and assisting in high-level felonies.
In early 2010, Adrian was recruited to head the Bellingham branch office of the well-known DUI defense firm, Fox, Bowman, Duarte. When the firm dissolved at the end of 2010, Adrian brought his practice to the Lustick Law Firm. In 2014, Adrian became a partner with Lustick, Kaiman & Madrone.
