Jeffrey A. Lustick, 12 years U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard military service as JAG officer, military prosecutor, and circuit defense counsel. He has served in the grade of Major, O-4, and held the positions of Wing and Squadron-level Staff Judge Advocate, Area Defense Counsel, Trial Defense Counsel, and Wing-level Chief of Military Justice and Chief of Adverse Actions.  In June of 2010, Jeffrey was the lead civilian counsel in a fully litigated court-martial of officer members involving a  Navy Petty Officer at NAS Whidbey Island, WA, who was accused of rape and false official statement, which ended in a complete acquittal.

Mark Kaiman, 6 years military law experience in the Lustick Law Firm, has become extensively qualified and experienced in advising military members on how to avoid ramifications of civilian prosecution on their military careers. In June 2010, Mark served as Co-Counsel with Jeffrey Lustick on a litigated General Court-Martial with officer members held at Naval Base Everett that resulted in a full acquittal.   • Full Acquittal After Trial.  Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class (E-5) represented by the law firm received a full acquittal after a fully litigated General Court-Martial with officer members on one count of rape and one count of false official testament.
  • Charges Dismissed After Article 32 Hearing.  Navy Petty Officer 1st Class (E-6) was cleared after the law firm represented him an a litigated Article 32 Investigation on counts of rape and false official statement. Thereafter, the charges against him were dismissed. 

  • Case Dismissed by Pretrial Motion.   Navy Petty Officer 1st Class (E-6) was prosecuted at a Special Court-Martial for an off-base DUI, and through the efforts of the law firm, her case was dismissed by the military judge during a pretrial motion. 
  • Article 15/NJP Dismissed.  Air National Guard Senior Master Sergeant (E-8) facing punishment under Article 15, UCMJ for travel voucher fraud and false official statement, had his NJP dismissed after the law firm's successful pre-findings presentation to the member's commanding officer. 

  • Win At a Discharge Board.   Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class (E-5) was returned to duty after the law firm's litigation before a Navy Board of Inquiry secured her a retention on charges that she had wrongfully abuse alcohol.
