Keith C. Celebrezze, 26 years U.S. Army and U.S. Navy military service. Career JAG officer, military prosecutor, and defense counsel. Served in positions of regional and base-level Staff Judge Advocate, appellate counsel, and Article 32 Investigating Officer.

Jeffrey A. Lustick, 12 years U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard military service. Former JAG officer, military prosecutor, and circuit defense counsel. Served in the grade of Major, O-4. Served in positions of squadron-level Staff Judge Advocate, Area Defense Counsel, and Wing-level Chief of Military Justice.

In 1997, right after graduation from Gonzaga Law School, Jeffrey Lustick volunteered for military service and was commissioned as a First Lieutenant in the Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps. Initially assigned to Fairchild AFB in Spokane, Washington as a legal intern, Jeffrey was first stationed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. After graduating from the Air Force Judge Advocate General's School, Jeffrey would go on to serve as a military prosecutor in hundreds of criminal courts-martial, discharge boards, and military justice actions throughout his 12-year active duty and reserve career.

In 1999, Jeffrey was stationed at Hurlburt Field, Florida where he served a tour as the base Area Defense Counsel and was later a Circuit Defense Counsel. In these positions, he served as a defense lawyer working for military members accused of violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Jeffrey quickly established a reputation as a hard-hitting defense counsel, winning acquittals in four cases in a row in contested General Courts-Martial. By the end of his tour, Jeffrey's supervisor wrote in his annual officer performance report that he was "one of the most sought-after and requested individual military defense counsels in recent memory."

In September of 2001, Jeffrey transferred to the Washington Air National Guard was assigned as a Staff Judge Advocate at McChord AFB, Washington where he worked to establish the Office of the Washington State Defense Counsel. Previously, there had been no independent and neutral defense counsel in the Air National Guard, and Jeffrey's work caught national attention. Due to his efforts, members of this State's Army and Air National Guard now have a conflict-free and independent JAG officer whose mission it is to provide high quality legal defense.
