Defense Attorney - Adrian Madrone

Covering a full range of misdemeanor and felony criminal defense, Adrian Madrone provides post-conviction representation, including probation violation defense, clearing criminal conviction records, and restoration of firearm rights. Adrian also handles a number of civil legal matters including traffic infractions and representation on cases seeking or defending no-contact orders and restraining orders.

Adrian pursued a career in criminal defense from the start. While in law school, he worked with the University of Washington Tribal Court Criminal Defense Clinic providing defense services in the Tulalip tribal court. Following graduation, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Steven C. González in King County Superior Court. He went on to several years as a King County public defender handling adult misdemeanors, juvenile cases, and assisting in high-level felonies.

In early 2010, Adrian was recruited to head the Bellingham branch office of a well-known DUI defense firm. When that firm dissolved at the end of 2010, Adrian brought his wealth of experience and practice to the LKM team.

Adrian became a partner with Lustick, Kaiman & Madrone, PLLC in 2014, where he continues to handle major felony cases, DUIs, assaults, thefts, and all other criminal offenses. In addition Adrian is an Adjunct Professor at Western Washington University, serves as a Chairperson on the Whatcom County Ethics Commission, and is an FINRA-appointed Dispute Resolution Arbitrator.
